What do I need for Skype/Zoom lessons?
All you need is a stable internet connection, a decent webcam (1080p+ preferred), your guitar, and the will to learn! If you are unsure of how to set up your computer for online lessons, I can help!

Can the lesson bundles be split up?
What happens if we lose connection?
The internet is a beautiful thing, though sometimes it fails when it matters most (like lessons!). If our lesson is interrupted by a connection issue, we will reschedule the lesson time and add on any minutes that were missed during the interruption.
What will be provided in our lessons?
Not only will you get a stellar education in guitar/theory/what have you, but you'll also receive Guitar Pro (version 5/6/7) and PDF files of the work we're going over each lesson. These files can be anything from an exercise or etude to one of my books or backing tracks.
There will never not be homework, though the material provided will be staggered to help not over-burden you each week and bring out the best in your playing.
I can't make my lesson. What do i do?
Your lessons are very important to me - they are reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefore, I respectfully require at least 24 hour notice for cancellations or rescheduling of lessons. Any lessons missed, late, cancelled, or changed without 24 hour notice will result in a charge of equal to 100% of the reserved lesson amount. The lesson may be taken off of the contract/package/bundle or charged individually.
I want a refund for my lessons.
What are my options?
Lessons have 30 days to be redeemed after purchase. If lessons must be terminated before they are redeemed, it is the student’s responsibility to cancel payment. Payments made prior to cancelling lessons will not be refunded, though the lessons can still be redeemed for 30 days after purchase. After 30 days, the lessons will be considered redeemed.
My file download is empty. Where are my tabs?
When you buy a digital product from the store, your files are automatically emailed to you after checkout. Your files will come zipped, so you'll need to extract them with either your machine's native application or a 3rd party app like 7zip or WinRAR. If you are still unable to find your files, contact me for a direct download.
Can i have one of your guitars?
